1. Parshuram had warned Krishna using his Meteorological and Astronomical skills that Dwarka City will be destryoed in Next 100 years and not to set up Dwarka there 
2. but Krishna said that there is no other proper place available and he did not want to Capture anyone else's Kingdom to set up his own.
