Parashuram Dwadashi Vrata is observed in Vaishakh Month, Shukla Paksha Dwadashi, the following day of Mohini Ekadashi.
Those who observes this Vrata will get Chakravarthi Bhogam, the benefits and advantages that an emperor will have. After the death, he/she would get Moksha.
It is also believed that the merits of Parashuram Dwadashi vrata are also very significant. After observing this vrata, Dasaratha and Vasudeva could get sons like
- Sri Rama and
- Sri Krishna.
